Willy Gnonto a couple of seasons ago did similar to Omari situation. Trying to force a move away that never happened. Ended up staying (and still at Leeds) with Farke saying something along the lines of him having to make it up to the fans etc. Think he came off the bench and was involved or scored one of their goals against us at home that we lost to them.

This feels quite a likely scenario to me. I'm just not sure he's shown quite enough to justify £40 mil. It might come down to whether KM thinks he can bring him back round if that price isn't being met. |  | | |

If he doesn’t get a move, he really doesn’t have a choice unless he wants to rot in the U21s, which wouldn’t be good for him or his agent.
Personally I think all of this will soon be forgotten/ forgiven if he turns it on for us over the next 2-3 months | |

There is of course, the risk that some of the vitriol being thrown at him drives him further away.
