Unless I'm reading it wrong, beeb saying McAtee has sell-on (and buyback) in deal but Omari's doesn't? Might just be poorly worded by them or poorly read by me. See if more details come out in time.

On the face of it though, think we've done well to get more for Hutch than City do for McAtee, as the latter is far more accomplished at the level to date.

Cannot believe we wouldn't have one, just seems standard these days and if we are dropping our price from 45-50 down to 37.5 surely a negotiation tactic is to drop price now in favour of a profit % sell-on clause
