Well, looking at the depressing amount of people writing him off already, this could be a silver lining.
Many of those doubters also rubbished the news of incomings like Broadhead (unproven, gamble, injury prone), Hirst (Always injured, doesn't score enough, Leicester fans say he is crap), Hutchinson (who the hell is that?) etc....the list goes on...
So, going on that form, we may well have a gem on our hands, and until he's settled into the squad and had a chance to show us what he can do, I'm not passing any judgement on him.

He does seem expensive, but then being a fringe player means not a lot with good squads.
We’ll see. The main thing is whether KM wants him, which presumably he does. There’s certainly a lot of comments around questioning his quality. To those people I’d say let’s give him time and support and see where it takes us. |  |
