Home or away? They are explained on the ticket site, I believe.
They are an opportunity for fans who haven't been able to get tickets to apply to buy tickets from a limited number that have been set aside. There are slightly different qualifying criteria for home or away ballots but, should you be successful in the ballot, you then get a window to buy those tickets you were successful in applying for. The ballot is a random selection from those who have applied. |  |
