Looks like it’s been updated slightly again this year with all the blackout steps/signage etc added. Only seen a clip on YouTube but looks better than last year. Anyone got it yet?

Yes, had the beta this year, they've added the blackout bits like you said and they've also added the led billboards on the upper tier of Sir Bobby Robson stand, not on the Sir Alf Ramsey stand though.
