After 7 games we have 10 points from 2 wins, 4 draws and 1 loss compared to 18 points from 6 wins, no draws and 1 loss in the 23/24 season.
So the key difference seems to be our ability to convert draws into wins typified by last night. There seem to be a lot more draws across the board this season (32 compared to 22 at the same time in 23/24) so the league is likely to be much tighter this season if that trend continues. |  |

Judging by the "supercomputer's latest update, where the top six all had 70 something points, if that proved true, draws would certainly be the order of the day. Mind you, a Town run of 8 wins on the spin will soon put paid to all that - please! |  |
