Great film and really gives an interesting insight into statistical analysis, and the reasoning for why the management were bringing in the players they did.

Really makes you think about how a football team (even though it stemmed from Baseball) has been put together and the reasoning why certain players are in the squad.

Highly recommend.

It's a good film though the book is much better (in my view). I think one interesting factor though is that the 'Moneyball' approach can lead to consistent overperforming without ever breaking through into excellence or dominance.
