| 25/26 Swansea City Away Match Sales 'Profile' 11:09 - Oct 16 with 1483 views | tommcd | UPDATE 2: On Monday 3rd November a further (and apparently last) batch of tickets was added, an additional 329 seats across blocks NL1 (new block) and NL2/NU3 (extended). These were available on Monday to 10+, Tuesday to ST and 5+, finally any remaining went to General Sale on Weds. The 'Profile' below is updated to take this into consideration. UPDATE: An additional block of seats, NU7, was made available to purchase for members with 10+ points on the 30th October, two weeks after the initial sell-out at the 15+ level. The 'Profile' below is updated to take this into consideration. The Swansea fixture originally sold out in the 15+ Window, two weeks later a further block was made available to members with 10+ APPs. Summary: The Club announced an allocation of 1971 tickets had been provided, the seatmap count matched that. This was subsequently extended to 2076, then finally 2400 when further blocks were added in two batches following the initial sell-out. - The Club initially retained a total of 183 seats for Club allocation, steward use (ballot seats are not included in this 'retention' as they would have been released back into window-based sales at 5+). - There were 62 wheelchair / assistant seats. - A total of 2166 tickets were made available for purchase for across Member Sales (initially 1697, rising to 1802, then 2166 when a new blocks were added after the initial sell-out). Release of blocks was staggered (see updates) but the majority was onsale from the beginning. The 35+ Window introduced for QPR remains in use. Per Window Sales: - 442 (20.41% of available seats) seats sold in the 35+ window. - 728 (33.61%) seats sold in the 30+ window - 252 (11.63%) seats sold in the 25+ window - 209 (9.65%) seats sold in the 20+ window - 66 (3.05%) seats sold in the 15+ window - 298 (13.76%) seats sold in the 10+ window (caveat: see 'points of note') - 80 (3.69%) seats sold in the 5+ window (caveat: see 'points of note') - 74 (3.42%) seats sold in the Season Ticket window (caveat: see 'points of note') - 17 (0.78%) seats sold at General Sale (caveat: see 'points of note') Points of Note: * The 35+ Window (where the die-hard, go-to-every-game-rain-or-shine, members reside) increases. * Below the 35+ Window, comparing QPR vs Swansea (and also to some earlier fixtures too) it appears that quite a few higher-pointers are skipping some of the more awkward, less attractive games (at the moment they can do so without fear of it becoming more difficult for them to pick and choose for later fixtures). * The later-release batch of 105 extra seats was only announced via 'Socials' 4-5 hours before they went on sale, many eligible members won't have seen the notification in time. * The fixture originally sold out quickly in the 15+ Window, further blocks of 105 seats, 329 seats, and presumebly around 35 ballot-reserved seats were subsequently added some time after the initial sell-out (see updates). The sale of the extra block didn't re-open at 15+, but went straight to 10+. The sales in the 15+ Window therefore don't necessarily represent how many tickets would have sold in that bracket had the extra blocks been included in the original sale. * The final block of 329 extra seats was added and put on sale at 10+ for 1day, then a combined 5+ / ST Window was open for 1 day, before finally going to General Sale for the remainder. I've split sales for 5+ and ST evenly across the two categories. | 25/26 Swansea City Away Match Sales 'Profile' on 12:04 - Oct 16 with 1331 views | nshearman1 | I'm currently on 12 points, I live in Bristol, so can only get to a limited number of games. In the last Championship season I was on 20+ but the club introduced a system for the Premiership that reduced my allocation and as a result I was unable to attend any away League games last season (I got to three home matches incurring costs well beyond the cost of a season ticket). I've supported the club for 60 years, been to the San Siro, been to Wembley twice, but I can't even get a Championship ticket to a match that is, relatively speaking, close to me. It's nuts. | | | |

Its because the club is rightly rewarding fans who travel the most | | | |
