for me one of the bright spots in a what turned out to be a disappointing evening was the airing of said song pre K O..dunno if it was played pre Budgie game as I was away but it was good to hear so many joining in..hopefully they’ll continue to play it and all four sides belt it out ala forests mull of kintyre and Brums KRO… |  | | |  |

I like the song but as a pre Kick Off song I find it a bit .... underwhelming maybe even embarrassing when compared to other clubs anthems. Coventry, Leeds, Birmingham, Stoke all stand out as rousing pre game anthems compared to ours which is a bit of a nursery rhyme almost.
Maybe I'm just feeling low about everything at the moment after last night and as I say, I like the song but can't say I like it as the final song before KO.
