I feel a bit miffed today 08:57 - Oct 22 with 511 viewsKeno

I liked having a team that felt special, felt like the players got that Ipswich could be a special team and achieved far more than they should as individual players

That’s how every successful Ipswich I’ve known feels

There was a glimmer of that after the Norwich win, the us and our people quote and I think that’s what makes the last couple of games hurt all the more. I really hope we start to get that feeling back, I don’t want to go back thinking the players don’t care about my team.

Ipswich Town matters to me for so many stupid daft emotional reasons and the b’stards like Chappers (and I know how he feels Ipswich), Morsy, Mass etc etc made me fall in love with it again. I hope this current team can get there and very quickly

Being a football supporter is all about expectation. My expectation was drained 75 minutes before kick off when I saw McKenna’s team selection.

What sort of manager makes so many changes after a below par performance in a competitive league? The answer has to be one who has lost the plot.

Two consecutive games where the game was lost in McKenna’s head, Lost on the white board and on the training ground. If a change was needed it wasn’t in team selection but tactically. He has been found out.

As things stand expect more of the same on Saturday. WBA will soak up any pressure , hit us on the break and take home three points.

Sort it out.
