I completely get and agree with alot of what he said.
The bit that does bug me a bit so I'm keen to know people's thoughts is this late to the party building patterns of play etc.
I get it. And I agree with it... however how does that relate to the poorness of off the ball work some of the lads have put in. Where does that fall within this. Is It a case of when they all feel a proper part of the group then we will see more effort. Is it more that majority of the side are not fit yet. Etc etc
I saw an interesting interview on YouTube today where Kieran said that 75% of the current England squad was developed in the Championship, so they really believe in getting promising players early in their career.
Also said they are actively trying to develop the young prospects by regular game play. Cited Sindre and McAteer as development players, which is certainly a risk, given that the decision to not rotate a more experienced player on that side could make us less reliable on that side. .

McAteer is 23, almost peak. I think we're seeing why he's only ever made 39 career starts. Agree we need to give Egeli patience and pitch time though, especially given his lack of competition. Need something to come good down the right, as it's been a cul-de-sac all season. Charlton gave our right-sided players the freedom of Suffolk relative to the left, which has been the source of most of our goals. Much easier to defend against us if teams know they just need to stop one vector.
