That is the best joke ever written in the English language.
I saw a clip from Cheers recently where Frasier brings his new girlfriend into the bar, introduces her by name and then a long list of acronyms denoting her various qualifications. Woody Harrelson's reponse? "Well it's not spelt like it sounds" (or words to that effect) which runs it close.
