What is our record after international breaks? 17:08 - Nov 22 with 209 viewsFrimleyBlue

It may be quite good. So it doesn't matter. But we didnt have loads away this break and yet we come back huff and puff and dont win.

a niche perspective

What is our record, home or away, after international breaks or not, midweek or not.... against half decent sides?

We've won 6 games, but all of them against sides currently in the bottom 10. We've not beaten anyone else. That's the reality of our form this season, a third of the way in. You don't win games if you don't score when you're on top. Twas ever thus. And far too many of our expensive forwards are either not quite good enough, or very much not good enough, when it comes to converting chances.

We have no right to beat anyone, and Wrexham adopted exactly the right strategy. Ipswich don't make their superiority count, let's see if we can get a point and maybe even steal it at the end. I know who the more successful manager was today, that's for sure.

Was thinking similar. Anytime we have a break or after a cup game where we have rested players, we don't perform. It's been the Ipswich way for years.
