As mentioned by most already, an absolutely dreadful game but somehow we found a way. As bad as Nunez was at times he was constantly involved which can't be a bad thing, and he was trying things which is what the 10 is there to do. Usually he's a lot more controlled and makes us tick high up the pitch and this was a bit different, but he got the crucial goal. I can't say Philogene's cross looked dangerous but it found its way onto Nunez's head, so fair enough.

Taylor subtly changed our momentum and started turning and facing forward when he got the ball which felt really important. He's quite clever at making angles and trying to be positive, but he can also be the calm head and knows when he needs to play simple.

Poll: Pick a goal to win the derby in stoppage time...

I thought Nunez was having an absolute stinker until his goal tbh.

Harsh on Furlong who was a solid 7. I’d give the same to Davis who got forward well and created a couple of good chances. Defended well when he needed to as well.

I thought Furlong was excellent last night because he snuffed out any threat on his side.

Indeed, I'd probably have him as man of the match, just ahead of Greaves.

Nunez touch was pretty poor last night. Everything just seemed to flick up off his foot

Agree with Furlong. Thought that was a really solid performance. Never felt any danger coming from Hull down that side
