It is easy to be negative when a player has a high price tag over their head. However, i believe that he is a real asset. His work rate is fantastic down the right. Looking into stats he is stopping the left back from pushing up so highly and holding the ball up well when in possession, rarely losing it. Kasey McAteer’s start at Ipswich Town has been about laying solid foundations—showing adaptability, strong work ethic, and tactical discipline. While the attacking output will need to come, his integration into a competitive squad and positive mentality suggest he could become an important figure as Ipswich push for promotion.
