| Bob Houghton - assistant under Sir Bobby? 15:54 - Nov 27 with 593 views | soupytwist | There's an article in The Guardian today about the Malmo team that Forest beat in the European Cup Final in 1979. https://www.theguardian.com/fo In it, the normally reliable Jonathan Wilson mentions that the Malmo manager, Bob Houghton, had spent some time as assistant to Sir Bobby at Town. I've never heard Houghton mentioned as being part of the staff during SBR's time. Can anyone shed any more light on this? It's also mentioned in this older article about Dulwich Hamlet - https://thehamlethistorian.blo maybe that's Wilson's source. | | | | |
