That's the ZEZ in the City Centre. They've put filters just outside the centre now as well.

There's a pub along that road that has screens outside in the pub front garden almost in the road I remember.

I used to live nextdoor to the Bullingdon in my student years. Had a great blues/ jazz night on wedensdays. And we used to run a cr@p student night there. Love that road and that pub.
