Where are the leaders? 21:37 - Dec 2 with 141 views

I was a bit concerned when the spine of our team was ripped apart. I did wonder whether it was the sadness of losing so many of the promotion heroes that made me feel like that.

But the current team really are seriously lacking leaders. Morsy was the beating heart of our team. He drove us on. Demanded better. Im sorry but O'Shea is not in the same league. There's little drive. It's like a team of individuals sometimes, rudderless and directionless.

2 seasons ago we had such team spirit and drive. Going behind wasnt a problem as we knew we had the heart to come back. Now we go behind and I have no confidence we will get anything.

This team frustrates. We have the talent..but is it a team? Im seriously having doubts now. But I wish someone would stand up and lead!
