Can't knock the quality of the shot, however this is not the first time the opposition have attempted to chip Walton from mid way this season. I wrote on a previous thread a few weeks ago that the opposition scouts had spotted something in our keeper acting as a sweeper in defence and coming too far off his line. It happened twice recently and I stated then that it will continue to happen. Trying a lob shot keeps a keeper honest, however we didn't learn from.previous attempts. [Post edited 13 Dec 18:35]

They’ll be trying it even more now.
Dara with the pre-assist is the real issue here though. If we don’t keep turning over the ball so easily, it doesn’t happen. |  |

I know keepers are set up as last line of defence but surely you must stay within the distance that you can reasonably be expected to cover should a speculative shot come in | | | |
