He knows this to be true because he can remember seeing them all at various times, some quite recently.

Why is it that when he needs to cut some wrapping paper all he can find are the flaming pinking shears?

How come I have a computer bag beside me, which has various other items in there as well including pens. But do you think I can find one when I need it.
Also how come when you wash up you feel around in the bowl when you have finished and there's nothing there. Tip the water out and there's always a spoon, fork or knife in the bowl ?
