I've always struggled tending to fluctuate for no apparent reason, while never being happy at any weigh particularly. Your point about hydration is a good one. Many's the time I feel like a snack, often far too late in the day, then tell myself to have a drink (of water). Only problem is, more often than not I think of that after having eaten the snack! |  | | |
