You are correct. We were very composed but possession hasn’t been an issue for us this season we are best in the league.

Not a criticism as we were fantastic, rather just pointing out that I don’t really take too much note of possession as a stat. Sunderland rarely have the most possession and are racking up the points. Forest in our PL season had the least in the league yet were in the top four for a while and qualified for Europe. |  | | |

Yeah agree with that but I thought it was more unusual that we have shown that level of dominance against a team that was 13 points clear at the top. | | | |

and did Sunderland or Forest beat the league leaders at home, who had not lost all season at home, by doing that ? probably not I suspect.
yes possession means nothing if you dont make it count, but Id absolutely take note of stats like ours in the 1st half, that absolutely delivered the result in the 2nd. Walton made 3 saves all game, Coventry have scored 54 goals, none of them against Town. | | | |
