Yesterday I emailed the club asking that if do not go to the rearranged match vs Portsmouth would I still got the point. They replied saying that supporters would not get the point. I replied with:

'I can't say I agree with this because it was beyond the control of everyone going that it was called off so they had 'gone' to the match it just didn't take place. Furthermore giving everyone the point would not effect Ipswich Town as a club financially yet would seem the right thing to do.

This is no way a complaint towards you, just maybe something to look into for the future.

A few hours later I got this email

'Just wanted to let you know that further to our email correspondence earlier today, the club has decided to let supporters keep the point if the ticket is returned.
