First off the club feels I’m a good place, Portman Road feels like a really professional operation these days.
Great to see the amount of youngsters brought along, for blue indoctrination.
Love the Düsseldorf flags before kick-off.
I enjoyed the game, bit slow at start the my were very deep. But improved and Jaden is a remarkable player that shot after some keeepie uppie was top draw,’including the build up. The goal was also a beauty.
I really enjoyed the first 20mins of second half, battered them, some nice play. So many shots, but so many heroic blocks from Blackpool who were packed into the box.
Such a shame Jaden didn’t get a second in that period.
Akpom was OK - Azon less so. We need a striker to become more clinical.
Kipre and Greaves immense.
Blackpool fans good and great to see such a full ground on 3rd round. Town fans seemed better?
Egeli needed to do more when on.

I think Omari was very talented, but in terms of control, technique and shooting ability, Jaden is better. And he’s delivering a lot of excellent goals now.

Sat in SBR Upper 5 rows from back and could not hear anything from lower or anything from Blue Action apart from the drum . It was really noticeable how the drum unfortunately overpowered the actual singing from the cobbold stand.

The disconnect between hearing the away end and the North/A Block is an issue with PR layout
Couldn’t really hear Blackpool that well - but they did seem to be giving it a go
North tried to get it going I think… but atmosphere in general is woeful this season | |
