Not a good game today folks.
Reminds of the games pre Xmas when we were swapping and changing players and tbe game matched it.
Obviously some of today's changes cant be helped but some are still questionable.
Knew today was gonna be tough but its night and day as a town performance.
Hirst imo. Sorry I know he has his fans. I was one of them but weve moved on from his level it's not top end quality it really isnt. He plays that ball properly to clarke and its 1-0 town.
Egeli. Cant get behind him on the right. I genuinely cant see why KM keeps going with it, its never looked comfortable for him and it doesnt help us. Hes killing us today.
Just before the 2nd goal clarke does well. Egeli standing on the halfway line. Make a fken move up the pitch. Give clarke a ball to play.

Such a shame really after the run weve had webe ended up with today's performance where we look like a bunch of strangers again.
Still another half to go. But considering our stats this season think we know the how it goes.
Poor from KM with some of selection poor from players for execution.
Promotion favorites.. time to show it. Our first 2 months unfortunately hasn't given us the chance to lose many games so when it happens it's frustrating and quite damaging league wise really. But lets be fair we weren't going to undefeated just annoying it couldn't happen once weve caught up.

Hirst has been struggling with performances. He's been... not great.
I hate to say it, but I think we've massively overpaid on Egeli, UNLESS we start playing him through the middle.
This is the type of game where half time changes are needed. Hirst and Egeli for Azon and Burns. Or move Egeli central and get Szmodics off.
