TBF that sounds delicious
These veggie/vegan substitutes are a concern with all the dodgy ingredients they're pumping in. Meat is actually healthier but of course if people have a moral objection to meat it's an issue
I was veggie for a year, more for health reasons and it was only ever going to be for a year but I did everything I could to avoid them and as you say, made sure the veggies were the main ingredient
But my cheese intake probably increased one hundred fold so in the end it wasn't very healthy for me at all  |
You could argue that with all the supplements they give livestock that meat isn't healthy at all and the resistance that humans are building to antibodies due to meat consumption is getting to a dangerous level!
Its certainly something worth looking into! |  |
