Are there any in particular that were difficult to spell and which I could allow some alternative type-ins for? I did include a few but had wondered if I should have allowed for a few more. I had some similar comments elsewhere about spellings making this one a bit difficult.

When you're dyslexic all of them tbh. But you can't design it for outliers. Our lives are much easier since voice recognition. Before computers I couldn't get near enough to actually look up a spelling in a dictionary. Now it hardly impacts except for writting messages in cards. I don't know what work you would have to do to bring in some really random spellings as correct. Is it phonetically based when this happens in quiz answers or do you just look as common miss spelling.
