Off to play Carlisle next weekend.
Google Maps has it as a c. 900-mile round trip by road.
They then travel to Gateshead in October, and that's a smidge further.
Truro finally picked up their first points of the season today with a 3–0 win over Boston. |

And £3.5 million on Furlong when he's almost 30 seems like a lot to me.
We've needed to make some signings to improve the squad, and to replace outgoing and injured players, but our transfer policy since last summer has been seriously questionable. |

But it makes me uncomfortable to think about just how much we've paid in transfer fees since we went up in 2024 for very little visible improvement.
Yes, we might look completely different in a month's time or so after they've had a bit more time together, but this team feels so alien to the one we grew to love from League One to the promotion to the PL. |

Fully deserved the win!
But I'm not sure I've seen a goalkeeper (Onana) get a hand to so many penalties without saving them. |

Obviously a much, much bigger club, but Scottish football is not of a particularly high standard. |
