Would we all agree, the team going forward needs to be.

Palmer
Furlong - O’Shea - Kipre - Davis
Matusiwa - Taylor
Burns - Nunez - Mehmeti
Azon

Walton, Greaves, Johnson, Cajuste, Neil, Clarke, Egeli, McAteer, Hirst

All other suggestions are wrong aren’t they?

(just realised both clarke and JP arent in that 3!)

Jack Clarke is a really strong option from the bench, has shown that often throughout the campaign, but if you do watch us neither particularly compliment the wider balance of the team particularly well, both play in moments but rarely deliver complete all round performances.

Mehmeti feels more of a Briadhead role inside to the pocket player, Leif returning to full range of the left side, Nunez back in the 10 for his creativity and Burns maintaining the width from the right.

No

Whilst it would be wrong, your alternative suggestion is welcome?

I really like Mehmeti from what i've seen, has that busy buzz about him of a Chaplin.
and i would personally always pick that over a JP or Clarke, who as you say, operates in moments

Moments ? He set up 2 of our 3 goals.

Yes, he made contributions going forwards but his overall game is too loose. Is it really surprising the game turned in to a basketball match when one of our central midfielders has a 70% pass accuracy? Neil is a lot tidier from the little seen of him, and also has the attacking threat (like the ball in to furlong towards the end).

Nunez and Neil are clearly better than Cajuste and Taylor for me, and so I hope Nunez gets a go there although he’s still need at no.10 sometimes of course

Busy buzz of Chappers indeed, and we are seriously lacking in that mould, but also has the quality to produce as well.

Probably why I’m not the biggest Jaden or J.Clarke fan, talented as they are, drift out of games far too much, really play in moments, and when they aren’t producing moments, they are anonymous.

we’ve had too many passengers this season, players that have almost carried a weight around necks when playing.
think that’s why Anis has caught my eye instantly
