That was a half of 2 halves I thought. Looked a little lost then popped up with a good goal and his touch has been perfect since. Hopefully that gives him a bit of confidence.

As I said in another thread. He takes up that position time and time again. He's shot wide/over, had shots saved, but it is a good, dangerous position and perseverance and muscle memory will pay off. Good lad!

He tried a couple of things which didn't come off but so pleased he put that one away. Good first half from Town and got the goal we needed.

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.
