Thought Egeli did okay on the whole. But agree.

I really like greaves defending our 6 yard box. Often gets his head in and body on the line for a lot of things. He makes us pretty solid at left back I feel. He often gets pelters but I like what he does.

Clarke's workrate was notable again; he's a completely different player, in terms of attitude on the pitch, than the lad who signed for us a year & a half ago.
It was the same with Hutchinson; McKenna turns skillful, tricky, fancy lad wingers into proper, rounded footballers that can consistently play at the higher level, while earning the respect of their teammates & the fans for their efforts.
To be fair to Philogene, he had a bit more of that in his game anyway, before coming here.

Shout out also to Egeli.

Watching at the game last night it looked like a lucky shot at first, but having watched it a few times this morning, its actually clever skill. Hitting it hard and low, rather than trying to volley it straight into the top corner, which probably was the easier idea and most players would try that, made it incredibly difficult for the GK.

And getting better, he's getting far better in possession.

Lovely driving run forward last night as well from memory.
