Sadly it will rightly get overlooked now. 22:23 - Mar 10 with 295 viewsTheBoyBlue

But that was a superb second half and great character to completely transform our performance. And it certainly wasn't a penalty, especially if we're not giving the foul on Azon (which wasn't a foul) or against Kipre on Saturday (which was definitely a penalty).

However, seeing how in control, fast and accurate we were in the second half, that first half is even more unacceptable. Plus the game management was awful. So many opportunities to keep the ball up the top or clear it at the back that we just didn't take.

We were playing a injury hit side who were playing reserves and kids. The second half performance was better, but even then not really good enough considering the amount paid to form this squad.

Poll: Who would you play at right centre back on Saturday?

I think fitness played a big part. They were spent after 50 mins. And we *still* didn't find a way to control the game (no I don't just mean knocking it about between Walton, Kipre and Dara).

That's harsh. Yes, we were playing an injury ravaged team but they had their tails up. That second half is what you spend the money for and if we'd played like it all game or even for some of the first half it's a comfortable win.

But we didn't, so questions have to be asked and the players have to take a good long look at themselves, because having shown what they could do in the second half it just confirmed my perception that their heart wasn't in it.
