Please feel free to ignore this but I need to let it out for my sanity.

I’m usually criticised for being too soft or too level headed on here (fair), but I am so angry with that last goal. I couldn’t care less about the ref.

HIRST goes for glory and blazes it over
CAJUSTE doesn’t even try to head it
DAVIS hoofs it straight up in the air
KIPRE chases his own header like a 5 year old
FURLONG kicks thin air
Then panic, panic, and more panic!

Zero shape, zero composure, zero bottle.

Stoke were dreadful, with a Sunday league goalkeeper, and we gifted them 3 goals like we do so often.

We haven’t ever been one of the best 2 teams in this league, and we never will be. Tonight is a prime example of what we do - we turn it on and off so easily, so inconsistent, and so easy to play against. We turned it on, came back, and then absolutely bottled it.

Poll: Where will we finish this season?

Expensive squad it maybe.
Highest paid manager in our history.

Both are highly overrated and simply not good enough.
Money doesnt buy you success, this is clear to see.

At any other club McKenna would have been gone 2 years ago. He doesn't learn. He doesn't adapt. He doesnt get the best out of his very expensive squad. Id argue they are no better than the squad McKenna inherited from Paul Cook.

Play offs it is , maybe if we can hold on to a top 6 position. Even thats not guaranteed in my view. And as for actually winning them. When was the last time this group of players won a must win game?

Not good enough McKenna!

It’s my OP you’re replying to, but there’s always someone like this who goes too far…

It doesn't make you bottle jobs. It just makes you fragile. No team finishes top 2 in such a fragile state.

A top two team doesn’t do that nor does one likely to win the play offs.

We just seem so so fragile.
