I think I'm a bit on the fence. Not losing to a rival was really important, and we've not lost any ground on Boro at the same time, but it does also feel like a bit of a missed opportunity. At half time I felt confident that we'd see the game out, but the second half started a bit like a basketball game, all end to end with either team likely to get the next goal. We allowed it/Millwall made it a bit chaotic, and that wasn't good for us. A win would have been a huge statement in terms of putting a big dent in Millwall's hopes and leaving us in second with a game in hand. It would have put us fully in the driving seat. That said, maybe it was a psychological masterstroke to make sure that Millwall go to Boro still very much in the race! This is sarcasm btw, for those who struggle with the concept. Lots of twists and turns still to come! [Post edited 22 Mar 8:01]

And we still have that extra card to play. Most importantly, we didn't give a vital three points to Millwall. * Southampton are on a good run of form, but are quite a lot of points behind challenging for 2nd and three of their last six matches have been teams in the bottom six of the table.

I’m disappointed that we didn’t take all Three points but thankful we didn’t concede in the last 10 minutes when Millwall were really pushing for a winner. I’m fairly calm about Boro, they’re not in great form at all and struggling to get wins in what we’d consider easier fixtures. Beating them at our place will have a big say in where we finish. Millwall look like they’re capable of lasting the distance, following their games against Boro and Norwich, they look to have a reasonably easy run in. We’ll need to be in Second going into the last home game as I can’t see Millwall dropping points against Oxford. I can see Boro failing to win at Wrexham though.
