I'm not abandoning the club/team 06:59 - Mar 25 with 1682 viewsDubtractor

Everyone else has done an attention seeking post over this, so I'm doing one too.

Am I hugely disappointed? Yes

Have the club (hopefully inadvertently) damaged our reputation? Definitely yes

Has the lack of honesty annoyed me as much as the event itself? Also yes

But they are still my club, that I've supported since my first game in 1987, and I can only hope that some major lessons are learned from this. The club really needs to reassert itself as the positive force it has been in our community now.

But, in summary, that prick farage and his scummy party will not stop me supporting my team.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

lol, he'd sell his own children for a few hundred quid.

You think the incident was beyond an error of judgement? So you must think it was part of a deliberate action or part of a larger strategy? What do you think it's part of in that case? Do you think Israel is involved somehow?

Why would anyone think Israel is involved? And why are you laughing out loud about an incident that has stained our club so badly? If you're able to form some coherent thoughts I'd be interested to hear them.

Too right Dubbers. Our club is so much more than whoever sits in front of the buttons on any specific Wednesday.

I prefer to think that relevant senior staff have single-digit political IQs: rubbed their hands at the chance to associate with the most popular party in England, overlooking that they are, moreover, by far the most unpopular party in England. I find that more palatable than thinking of them as raging Reformers, so much so that they sought this endorsement despite the likely fallout.

The deceit afterwards reminds me of how Norwich away was handled two years ago. I take it as tacit admission again that they F'd up at least, hopefully with lessons learnt.
