Saints and Millwall.

Means we have to beat West Brom and Charlton which seems unlikely given our away record.

If it helps, Boro lost to Portsmouth and only got a draw today and so are no longer realistically in contention for second place.

We are a point clear of Southampton, drew with Boro and are keeping ahead of Millwall.

Of course, it would be better to be in Coventry's position and have it sewn up already, but losing at Portsmouth was disappointing. A point at home against Boro isn't that bad.

We now have two lower teams away to get results against. As with any Championship matches, it won't be easy but we need to do the business ... unless Stoke and Bristol City help us out in the meantime!

If Southampton win all their remaining games (3) they finish on 84 points.
If Milwall win all their remaining games (3) they finish on 85 points. If either drop points ( especially Milwall ), two draws and two wins should get us over the line. We just need to start winning games whatever way we can. We are putting no pressure on the other challengers by our nervous and insipid performances. Where has the team that crushed Norwich both physically and mentally?

"Need to start winning matches."

It has been a disappointing defeat and an OK draw. It's not like we haven't won for several matches.

Yes, we need to win on Wednesday and then another win on Saturday sees us very nearly there. Fail to win on Wednesday puts pressure on us. Fail to win on Wednesday and on Saturday and we are then relying on the others slipping up (albeit one of those we can make slip up by beating them).
