How keep players level? Take each game first, stick to process. Not difficult as games come so thick and fast. It's just following that routine. Encourage them to stay away from external noise as much as they can, concentrate on opponent and that's where the focus has always been. Of course, human, noise will touch them, so there will be that extra bit of tension. If we were in a different spot, would be no tension or a worse kind of tension. | | | |

Getting the job done on Tuesday would be the dream scenario but I don't put too much thought into that, the energy goes into prep for the game, it's one with a lot of complexities, looking at how we deal with their threats. We'll deal with the results as they come. | | | |

Build it up over the year, trust, resilience etc, all the things which sustain you over the season and carry you over the line. That will be tested this week. I think the togetherness, it's not about beinf friends etc, that's been there all season, but the trust has improved, evidence Saturday, Charlton. I know we're not the finished article, will still be growing in the last game, but those qualities have come through and puts us in a strong position and earned the right to compete for it in the last week.
