I'm looking forward to the upcoming churn and change. It doesn't come with the same concern about players deserving a chance or being pushed to one side. Hopefully we can get the balance right and can give next season a real good go. I get everyone deserves a break, and we're going to be a small fish in a big pond with the limitations which come with that, but I cannot wait to see who we get in.

I am actually more concerned as Town can not get away with another disjointed, scattershot recruitment window. We need to be much more decisive and targeted in our business than last time
