I would imagine that they have been told to wait. The chaos that would ensue if Southampton issued a load of Wembley tickets only to have to recall them so that Boro could issue someone the same seat would be insane.

And then two blokes turn up with a ticket for the same seat. Wembley doesn't have the best track record with managing problems at the turnstiles.
