Whilst not for wages, I was watching a video on revenue the other day.
If we go by this, by the time you reach club number 30, you're at 200million euros. We'd be not far off that, I think we'd be just shy of 190.
And there was a direct comparison with us and the other clubs who were the lowest revenue generating of the other big leagues.
So worldwide, we're going to be fairly heavy hitters. Not quite AC Milan standards though.

Thx. We’ve been told for years the bubble of English football is going to burst… no sign of that happening. Especially with wealthy American owners hoovering up UK clubs. To be a half decent player or agent the last couple of decades is to win the lottery every year.

Sadly for Italy, their football isn't anything like the force of old. AC/Inter etc are just the best of a fairly mediocre bunch by past Italian standards. I guess it's up to player where he wants to play his football. The easy life or something a lot more challenging? Money does talk sometimes of course, but some can see past it. As for TP himself, I'm not sure. I'll leave that one to those who I hope are, one way or another! We can't afford mistakes, especially expensive ones.
