Why should TNT hold this power? UEFA are letting fans down again by giving TNT a contract which allows them to charge for the final. The government should add it to the list of games which must be shown for free, along with the World Cup, England matches and FA Cup final.

How would that even work? How many different countries compete under their umbrella? How would they make money as business giving something away for free? |

The Euros & World Cup finals have to be on free to air TV. Hardly anyone watches even the qualifiers, let alone the friendly games so it would be ridiculous to list them. |

Because they paid for the rights. Starmer has no right to demand they air it for free although clearly that should be a condition of all future contracts. |
