That's sad news. I think there was a recent news release that she was very unwell.
Not particularly my cup of tea musically but another iconic strong woman in rock, showing young female musicians that you can just go for it with a "don't give a f@ck" attitude.
I remember L7 appearing on The Word back in the early 90s.
