I don't seem to have received my season ticket to download from my profile, sure I've followed the relevant guidelines.

What do you mean received it? You log onto your ITFC ticket account and the download button is there. | | | |

If your season ticket has not appeared in the 'season ticket' menu in your profile it may be the same issue that I had.
When the single sign on change took place the merge of my old ticketing and digital accounts did not take place properly.
The big clue was that my customer id was different from the one that had been used for ticket and season ticket purchases in the past

This. Email from years ago was not the one I’m using now, so there was the problem, sorted over the phone in 5 minutes. 27th in phone queue though, took nearly an hour wait, so get in early, but great service once I was in. | | | |
