That is incredible in our almost 150 year history. A couple of things i also noticed...
One third of our promotions have seen Kieron McKenna as our leader.
I have seen over half of these (5 out of the 9)

It’s because we stayed in divisions for a long period at a time…. Late 60s to mid 80s in Div 1,
2002 to 2019 in the Championship.
And the last 4 out of 9 is almost 50%… |  |

It's because unlike them up the road, we really don't do relegations either. It really took some doing by Marcus Evans to get us into League One too. |  |

We’ve only been in the FL for 90 years, and a few seasons weren’t played because of the war.
But still incredible stats. We’ve been promoted as many times in the last three years as we had in the previous 60 years. |  |

Southern Amateur League, Eastern Counties Football League and Southern League, which were the Amateur Leagues we played in didn't have promotion then as far as I know, so if you take it from 1938, we've played 81 league seasons, so 1 in 9, or 11.1% of them have ended in promotion, which doesn't seem an unusually low number of times to me. I doubt it would be an outlier in comparison to all the other league clubs anyway. And 5/9 as champions, 3/9 runners up and 1/9 play-off winners doesn't strike me as unusual either. I'd be very happy if we don't add another relegation anytime soon |  | | |
