I don't think there's anyone formally designated in that role. When GON joined there was talk of potential for more back room staff to join in the future so possibly.

At Bournemouth he didn't have one and only for a short period during his time at Wolves. It looks like he prefers to use his general coaching staff/analysts for set pieces.

To be fair the only reason the Wolves one was short term was because the guy turned out to be a tool and was sacked within 3 months.

If I recall, GON was quite happy to have got him in at the time.

What is perhaps a little concerning, there were 7 PL sides without dedicated set piece coaches last season. 5 of those 7 occupied the bottom 7 spaces last season.

However, our defence of set pieces was very good. I no longer felt nervous every time we faced a corner.
