Indeed mate. The club i ran pre 2020.

Feel for chris. Brought him in as groundsman years ago he does an incredible job but water on that rec was always a pain. What makes it worse is the pitch slopes downwards so irrigation becomes a nightmare as water just runs down..

You should check out camberleys pitch too.. similar issue.
