So, someone has to be the first to ask!
Mother purchased three tickets, hers, mine and my sons. The email went to her and now all 3 tickets are in her wallet.
I know none of us have been to game yet with this system and its all a bit of an unknown, but does anyone have any idea how I get the 3 tickets into 3 different wallets?
Is it simply a case of forwarding the email and we all follow the link?
Bring back the days of paper tickets or paying on the gate 🤣

Many of us will have used it - at the pre season game the weekend before last, and a couple of games at the end of last season.
I wanted the tickets on separate phones, so yes - forwarded the email and add it to each wallet using the link. The alternative is to do as it sounds like your Mother has - add all tickets to one wallet, and then use that phone for everyone to enter.
If you now want to change that, the process would normally be to remove / delete it from the wallet it's been added to, and 'unlock' the eticket to be added to another wallet from the original email link. I've not tried this yet with Town nfc tickets, but it should work. | | | |

I think once they’ve been downloaded onto one wallet then they can’t be transferred over?
Before downloading you either forward the email on or copy and paste the link from the original email and sending it to whoever wants to download the ticket. |  |

Two methods here -
As above, forward on the email to the two other people and they can download a ticket to their Apple/Google wallet.
Log into ITFC tickets, and there will be a ticket assigned to that person where they can download into their wallet. I'm not sure it's doable once you've already downloaded them all onto once device. |  | | |

The entire point of NFC encrypted tickets is that you can't do it if they've already been 'paired' to another phone. They will have to be unpaired before they can be added to another phone. [Post edited 18 Aug 23:13]
