The Spurs and Leeds games will be on the Thursday as they play on the Monday night.
I would be surprised if the game wasn't on the Tuesday.
Arsenal play Sunderland away on the Saturday before at 8pm. Players off Sunday then a day to prepare for a cup match or play on the Wednesday; players off Thursday and leaves them one day to prepare for Brighton away in the league which is likely their much bigger priority.
