Is studio-based commentary now the default for Sky's broadcasts of 'non-headline' matches?

I've got Wolves v Stoke on, and it's dreadful. You can tell that, at times, they're not even looking at the screen. It took them a couple of beats to mention the goal after it hit the back of the net.

With what was being discussed the other week, it feels as if a link-up between Sky and BBC local radio would be a very interesting option.
