Digital ticket help 11:45 - Sep 4 with 559 viewsBobby

I have an adult and 2x junior tickets for tonight. My youngest isn’t well so probably can’t come. Can I upgrade the ticket to a non member (my sister) or will she be able to get through the turnstile with the junior ticket. It’s a digital ticket in my Apple wallet. Does anyone check - Cobbold stand.

I can’t get through to the ticket office.

all your sister needs is a customer number, free to register.

You can then transfer to her via the ticket website - add her to your friends and family list. It'll cost you about £22 to upgrade i think.

Might not be worth the risk as they do have people checking (in the NS they did anyway)

Add a new entry to your friends and family (either a real person or made up but with an email address you can access) forward the ticket to them and pay the upgrade fee.

Job done.

Ticket is now in your inbox ready to forward to whomever you wish and then they can simply add it to their digital wallet.

I thought u had to have membership which is about £40 pounds A season I may be wrong but believe members get before it's just passed on to a person who is registered but not paying member. I could not go v Sunderland and passed on to a friend who is a paying member had to pay the difference as I'm a old git and he was a adult about 9.50 .Don't believe I could pass on to my son who is registered but not a paying member.

It’s your ticket. You are free to pass on to whomever you choose
